1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us through our business inquiry forms (request a quote, contact, supplier and partnership forms) or by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• Identity and contact details: name, company, job role, email address, telephone number, country and website.
• Commercial details you choose to share: product, quantity, delivery location and date, Incoterm, export markets, certifications and any message or file you attach.
• Technical details recorded when a form is submitted: IP address, browser type, the page the form was sent from, language and time of submission. These are used for security and spam prevention.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use your data to answer your inquiry, prepare offers and contracts, carry out counterparty due diligence (including know-your-customer and sanctions screening that we are required to perform before trading), manage our business relationship with you and protect our website against abuse. We rely on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing a trading business. We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

Inquiries are stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc.), whose servers may be located outside the UAE. Where a trade proceeds, relevant details may be shared with banks, inspection companies, freight and insurance partners, and legal or compliance advisers, strictly to the extent needed to perform the contract or meet a legal duty. We may also disclose data where the law or a competent authority requires it.

5. International transfers

Because we trade internationally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When we do so we use providers that apply recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and certified security programmes.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a trade are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact so that we can follow up, then deleted. Records connected to a contract are kept for the period required by UAE commercial, tax and anti-money-laundering rules, generally five to ten years after the transaction. Attachments are deleted together with the inquiry they belong to.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in access-controlled systems and viewable only by authorised staff who sign in with individual credentials. Uploaded files are checked for type and size and stored in a private store that is not publicly accessible.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to provide a copy in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@ryinttrading.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office or your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

Our website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
